Word Bibliography Style
This is a custom bibliography style for Microsoft Word, intended for scientific writing, based on the IEEE2006 style but with some custom features that are not available by default in MS Word:
- Superscripted references (see fig.1).
- Clickable references (see fig.1). Clicking the reference will bring the reader to the bibliography, so looking up references is a lot easier (this also works when the document is exported to PDF!).
- Clickable article title (see fig.2). An URL can be added to the bibliograpy item, turning the title of the item into a link. So, for example you can link directly to the PDF of the article. This only works for Journal Article, Conference Proceeding and Web Site types of bibliography items.
How to install
Download this file (xml-stylesheet) and copy it to: "%PROGRAM FILES%/Microsoft Office/Office14/Bibliography/Style" on your hard-drive. Then (a restart of Word might be required), a new bibliography style called "IEEE 2006 (Chris)" is available (fig.3).
